This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Preclinical Research. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.
Main Responsibilities
Lead R&D drug discovery projects in the field of Oncology & Immuno-Oncology.
Provide scientific strategy and operational coordination for cross-functional project teams.
Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure project advancement within strict scientific and timeline expectations.
Define and drive the scientific strategy of assigned projects.
Lead and manage core project teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines.
Design, plan, and interpret key preclinical studies to meet project objectives.
Coordinate scientific activities across various departments (biology, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, etc.).
Bring innovative ideas and contribute to the scientific development of projects.
Oversee and evaluate relevant preclinical experiments.
