The general manager is responsible for implementing the FSP business strategy defined in 2023 with the Executive Committee in order to grow the business and match the financial Targets over the next 3 years. This includes the finalization of organization of the FSP Business Lines.

You are responsible for hiring, if needed, and managing successfully the direct resources dedicated to the Business As Usual: Clinical Operations Directors and Head of Sales.

You will animate the leadership Team: Head of Clinical Operations, Head of Sales, Finances Directors, ad-hoc participation of HR, IT, Quality Director.

Missions:

  • Lead your Team (200 people)
    • Keep strong and enthusiastic leadership team: Sales, Scientific Functions, Finance with adhoc participation of other function
    • Get overall turnover less than the market standard
    • Visit your teams (mainly France, Germany, Grece, Turkey, and India)
  • Grow the Business with annual 15/20% revenue growth over the next years
    • Drive efficient prospection plan
    • Maximize winning rate via new and creative proposals
    • Update budget rate card with finance (Europe/ US/ India)
    • Act as Executive sponsors for Key clients (mainly big pharmas)
  • Finalize the Global Harmonization of FSP organization
    • Get global utilization rate and activity forecasts
    • Monitore the profitability of the FSPs
    • Support the implementation of the ERP for FSP
  • Ensure global governance of FSPs
    • Lead monthly reviews with Operations, Sales and Finance
    • Update and harmonize governance with common process and tools

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in FSP services
  • We are open to candidate who have experience in other industries
  • Proven experience in cross functional leadership
  • English speaker
  • Natural leadership in an international environment
  • Really good communication skills
