This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Engineering. Main Responsibilities

  • Perform SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and support qualification activities for pharmaceutical systems and equipment.

  • Provide on-site service and diagnostics support at client locations across Europe and beyond.

  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and instrumentation issues (e.g., valves, pumps, sensors) in coordination with customers and internal teams.

  • Ensure proper setup, commissioning, and functional validation of installed systems.

  • Apply knowledge of P&ID diagrams and pharmaceutical processes to evaluate system performance.

  • Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment according to GMP standards.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers, providing technical field expertise.

  • Document service interventions, SAT results, and issue resolution steps.

  • Follow health, safety, and regulatory requirements on site.

  • Report field feedback and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

About You

  • Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!)
  • Skills: experience in pharmaceutical qualification (SAT) and equipment maintenance, Solid knowledge of P&ID, industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, sensors, and related diagnostics.
  • Education: Technical diploma or degree in process engineering, instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, French is a plus.
