Responsibilities :

To support the growth of the company, we create a position of IT Technician for the European Support, mainly in France. You will report to the IT manager.

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

Missions :

  • Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization ;
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems ;
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues ;
  • Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components ;
  • Ensuring the security of client computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and security software ;
  • Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and IT devices ;
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly ;
  • Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.

Software required :

  • Office 365 ;
  • Microsoft Windows 11 ;
  • Intune ;
  • BitDefender antivirus ;
  • GLPI asset and ticketing system.

Skills and Experience :

  • French mandatory, technical English expected and German can be an option ;
  • Be a teamplayer, rigorous, have a good relationship ;
  • A first successful experience of one year.

Location : Location in Boulogne-Billancourt (92) 3 days per week (2days WFH).
