Missions:        

The mission of the HR team is to provide a very good employee experience and to offer proximity to all our stakeholders.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are an Ambassador of Excelya DNA for your perimeter and responsible to cascade the global HR strategy at a local level in an international matrix environment.

You will manage all key HR functions programs. This includes the entire employee life cycle, from the onboarding to the offboarding, including employment contract, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance appraisals, but also manage Safety and Facilities according to our local regulations. ;

You will be HRBP for Germany, Belgium and UK. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer based in Paris.

Your missions will be as follows:        

Onboarding

  • Direct contact of the recruitment Team about employment law related, benefits, etc.
  • Manage employee onboarding: employment contract, insurance affiliation, entry of inherent IT tools.
  • Organize individual digital and/or physical integration sessions.
  • Ensure the warm welcome and integration of new employees.

HR Administration, Management, Training, Reporting (& HRIS) – Region

  • Maintaining employees’ records (hand file, HRIS system, reference letters, etc.)
  • Manage contractual modifications and carry out the inherent amendments.
  • Manage absence procedures, rules and balances of your countries.
  • Administrative support for the benefits programs (lunch vouchers, health insurance, pension, transportation allowance, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events
  • Play a key role in employee relations, participate in and facilitate the works council
  • Produces and submits reports about HR activity and employees KPIs
  • Manage locally the global appraisal process and actively propose on-going improvements.
  • Be the HR Go-To contact of your employees
  • Prepare and provide accurate payroll information to the payroll agencies,
  • Manage the Offboarding of employees (HR admin, IT, Tools, notifications to relevant internal stakeholders) Update the HR page of our intranet (Sharepoint)

Facilities & Projects

  • Contact for facility management / real estate for every office.
  • Health & Safety related tasks
  • Travel arrangements for business trips
  • Contact for cleaning companies for every offices
  • Lead office move projects
  • Organize some gatherings at the office and events

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar diploma
  • At least 5 years in HR Generalist functions
  • Experience required in matrix and international environment
  • Good HR experience in Germany is mandatory, Belgium and UK is preferred
  • Fluent German and English language (both oral & written)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge with an HRIS/HRMS
  • Good knowledge of labor laws
  • Lead as a Business Partner
  • Conceptual thinkingwith ability to make decision
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt within a work environment

The position can be based in Mannheim (preferably) or Freiburg. We are on a hybrid work model (2 days at home per week).
