The Head of Proposal and Delivery is responsible for organizing and harmonizing at a global scale the way Excelya builds proposal both for FSPs* and FSs*.
You report to the CEO. You will be responsible for the quality and the profitability of the services (FSP* and Full Service). Your responsibilities will be the following:
Missions:
Design a new methodology to manage FSPs* plateforms
Challenge the existing methodology to manage FS* projects
Manage the FSP* Platforms and FS projects and coordinate all the stakeholders
Design a methodology to build Proposal for FSP* clients
Manage the proposal process for FS Project
Skills and Experience:
Functional Service Provider (FSP): We dedicate a team to a client to perform a service (e.g.: Vendor Management, Biostatistics, Data Management, Monitoring) requested for several client’s projects. Each Excelya’s team is named a “Platform” (1 per contracted service) and they work under Client SOPs, using Client’s tools. Functional management is partially done by the client as well as Excelya’s manager. Line Management is solely done by Excelya line manager. There are two types of FSP: FTE based, or Units based. Location: most often Excelya premises but can also be client premises;
Full Service (FS): All or part of a project is delegated to an Excelya project team. Services are to be performed according to a specific budget grid with detailed deliverables. Excelya Project Manager leads the Excelya project team and oversee project deliverables. The project team works under Excelya SOPs, Quality Management Systems and tools (occasionally, some client’s SOP/tool can be used in addition to Excelya ones). We also perform stand-alone services (e.g.: protocol development or statistical analysis only). Location: Excelya premises
