Introduction

As demand for specialized talent grows, clinical resources in Belgium are becoming a key priority for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations. Companies need trusted partners who can connect them with experts across clinical operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and real-world evidence. At Excelya Belgium, our renewed momentum in 2026 reflects this need, with new partnerships and expanded capabilities that strengthen our approach to clinical research resourcing and tailored talent solutions, in line with Belgium’s position as a leading clinical trial location in Europe

Growing Our Presence in Belgium in 2026

We are proud to share some exciting developments from our Belgium operations. Since relaunching our services in January 2026, we have reached several important milestones that reinforce our commitment to supporting life sciences organizations across the region with trusted clinical resource solutions.

As part of this collaboration, Mihael Mironov
LinkedIn
, Senior Project Manager specializing in Real-World Evidence (RWE), joined our team. His arrival strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality expertise, expand our resourcing capabilities, and support our client’s critical objectives in advancing patient care. This milestone also reflects the continued development of our Belgium operations, based in Uccle, Belgium, at Le Manoir des Offices, Av. Georges Lecointe 50.

Establishing a Master Services Agreement

In addition to this initial success, we’ve formalized a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with the same pharmaceutical partner. This agreement covers the resourcing of consultants across multiple disciplines, including:

  • Clinical Operations

  • Real-World Evidence

  • Medical Writing

  • Market Access

  • Data Management Access

  • Project Management

  • Regulatory Affairs

  • Quality Assurance

This MSA represents a significant milestone for our Belgium operations. It establishes a strong foundation for ongoing collaboration and positions us as a trusted partner in delivering clinical resources for life sciences, supporting talent solutions across a wide range of therapeutic and operational areas.

Strengthening Our Team to Support Clinical Resources

To support our continued growth and strengthen our ability to connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities, we’re welcoming a new Talent Acquisition Partner to our Belgium team in April. This addition will further enhance our clinical resources offering as we continue to scale our services and build partnerships with organizations dedicated to advancing healthcare innovation.

Moving Forward Together

These achievements reflect the dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us. We’re energized by the progress we’ve made in just a few months and remain committed to delivering collaborative clinical solutions that help our partners excel in developing life-changing therapies.

This momentum also reinforces our ambition to strengthen our local impact and continue creating meaningful value for both clients and candidates across the Belgian life sciences ecosystem through tailored resources support.

As we continue to grow our presence in Belgium, the Excelya Resourcing Team is eager to build new relationships, expand our talent network, and support organizations with trusted clinical resources for their most critical needs. Your challenges become ours, and together, we’ll find innovative solutions that drive success.
