François Moisson cofounded Excelya in 2014 with Frédéric Paqueville and, together, they drive the Executive Committee. Imbued with the entrepreneurial spirit, François began his career in consulting to better understand every aspect of successfully running a company. There, he worked with Frédéric, who shared his vision of creating a company in which all team members would actively participate in its development. The health sector naturally called through its ability to touch the lives of so many. After a few years in business development, he left to create Excelya which is now 800-strong across Europe.
Today, he defines Group strategy with Frédéric and ensures that Excelya’s original DNA – to care for its team members, clients and patients while delivering on its promise of excellence – is carried in each of its actions. He has a Master of Business Administration from IAE Paris La Sorbonne and an Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers Paristech.
Pierrick is Excelya’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Committee, overseeing operations across Europe and India. Since joining in 2024, he has led international growth in Functional Service Provision and Full-Service activities, covering Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and more.
Previously, Pierrick held senior roles at ALTEN, where he managed global business development and presales across offshore delivery centers and multiple industries. His leadership spans multicultural teams and complex international projects.
An adventurer at heart, Pierrick once cycled 3,400 km across the Sahara Desert, reflecting the resilience he brings to every challenge.
Julien joins Excelya Group with more than 20 years experience and an extensive background as Chief Financial Officer, Director and Controller for several Global organizations.
In his previous position, Julien piloted a rapidly growing group and increased international operations while reinforcing the group finance skills and tooling.
Julien has proven financial and management skills implementing controlling procedures in challenging environments and managing international teams.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) by INSEAD.
Julien oversees the financial and legal teams and leads the financial strategy of the Company.
Philomène serves as Chief People Officer. She has demonstrated great expertise and commitment to Excelya since August 2021, initially in Talent and Compensation Management, and Learning and Development global functions. Heading the People Team, she oversees the Human Resources strategy to move the organization forward and drive the growth and transformation of the company.
She is responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR programs, building high-performance teams, and for fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture where every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute their best to the business.
Prior to that, she endorsed a variety of roles in fast-growing and changing environments, from Global Compensation & Development Management to HR Business Partner. Philomène brings extensive experience of change management in matrix organization, talent management, HRIS and employee development programs. She is also Predictive Index certified, skilled at coaching leaders and facilitating team dynamics.
Christoph Langer joined Excelya as Chief Transformation Officer in January 2025, bringing with him a strong vision for the future and a proven track record in leading complex transformation programs. In this pivotal role, Christoph is spearheading the design and execution of the Excelya 2030 strategy, aimed at accelerating innovation and sustainable growth.
With a deep understanding of operational excellence and digital transformation, Christoph is driving the integration of AI-powered solutions across the organization. His leadership is instrumental in reshaping internal processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and embedding a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Excelya, Christoph successfully led multiple large-scale business transformation initiatives in the life sciences, TIC and consulting sectors, delivering measurable impact in efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Baptiste began his career in Digital Marketing, contributing to Betclic’s rapid growth in 2008. He then transitioned into Digital Advertising, spending four years within the advertising division of Next Radio TV Group (BFM / RMC / 01).
In 2015, Baptiste joined Touch & Sell as a sales representative, later becoming a partner and serving as Chief Business Officer, co-leading the company alongside the CEO. At the end of 2020, he returned to his passion for youth and sports by co-founding the We Are Etendart movement, while continuing to share his expertise in B2B sales as a consultant and trainer.
By the end of 2025, Baptiste opens a new chapter with Excelya, taking on the role of Chief Sales Officer. His mission is to implement a revamped Sales & Marketing organization, introducing updated processes and AI-powered tools.
