Purpose of the role: 

We recruit a manager being attached to Functional Service Provider division on clinical operation department.

The team manager will be an expert in management of clinical systems and IS support behalf of a pharmaceutical company. That expert will be the main customer point of contact and he/she will be directly involved in the management of two teams:

  • Functional Administrator Documents Systems team
  • Clinical Systems team

The Team Manager manages all members of the two platforms (around 12 FTE) under his/her responsibility so that all of them perform their respective roles according to the client’s requirements.

The team manager will lead the first team who provides users support, management, and maintenance of the systems. They will carry out account opening requests, training and the elements in the relevant IS, as well as the update of user and administrator documentation. They will also be responsible for quality control of IS data and audit trail reviews.

He will also be in charge of the second team on the management of the systems, supports the client in the implementation of new tools linked to Oracle. They handle the administration, monitoring and support of SharePoint and Oracle.

Main missions:

  • Managing the teams (workload, skills) and coordinating the activities
  • Responsible of recruitment and training
  • Evaluation of the individual and collective performance of the team members
  • Responsible for the delivery of services within the KPIs

Profile:

  • Over 6 years in the clinical research area, experience in managing projects, planning activities and identifying risks as study team member
  • Experience on management a team
  • Good level of professional English
  • Leadership skills, good communication skills, diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Competence with office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Acrobat
  • Competence with the specific tools: SharePoint, Documentum, Veeva, Power BI Clinical One EDC & RTSM, Clear Trial, Site Select & Activate, Siebel CTMS, TMS
