As a Talent Officer, your mission is to recruit new talent to achieve EXCELYA Netherlands’ ambitious growth goals.

You will work independently and in close collaboration with the Business Manager in all areas of clinical research (clinical operations, regulatory affairs, biometrics, quality, etc.)

 

Your missions will be as follows:

Missions:

 

  • Gather and qualify recruitment needs from business manager
  • Develop sourcing strategy, headhunting and internal channels to identify potential candidates
  • Telephone qualification of candidates
  • Perform first physical or video conferencing interview
  • Advise business managers on candidate positioning and follow-up until contract signing
  • Develop your pool of candidates
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the service: school relations project, employer brand, etc.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree to master’s degree in Business School, HR or equivalent university
  • You are passionate about recruitment, communicative and community oriented
  • You are ambitious and have a taste for effort
  • Your English and Deutsch is fluent

 

The position is based in Amstelveen.
