Tasks :

As Senior Talent Officer, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from client need to hire. You will be responsible for generating and attracting new employees for our clinical, biometrics, regulatory, safety and quality activities.

You will engage with clients (internal and external) to understand their recruitment needs (intake), keep recruiters informed of recruitment progress, manage their expectations during the selection process and deliver high quality recruitment services by maintaining good client contact (relationship management).

  • Engage the most qualified and experienced candidates, while understanding the dynamic recruitment needs of internal clients
  • Guiding candidates through their journey – from (active) recruitment to shortlisting, during interviews (preparing for and participating in the interview with the candidate) and through to the end of the recruitment process
  • Manage the re-employment of bench people (internal staff)
  • Be responsible for pricing outsourcing activities to clients, simulate salaries and manage salary negotiations to obtain candidate buy-in
  • Conduct proactive sourcing initiatives to attract candidates
  • Posting vacancies on job boards and the company website
  • Searching for candidates via social media and various recruitment channels
  • Selection of candidates by telephone
  • Individual interviews via your own recruitment method
  • Building a large network of key talent in Excelya’s niche market
  • Employer branding: participation in job fairs and events, maintaining contacts with educational institutions

Profile:

  • You have at least a master’s degree
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry)
  • You have experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Highly communicative and proactive with your peers, candidates and clients
  • Strong sense of collaboration to grow as a recruiting team
  • You are passionate about recruitment
  • You have a fluent level of English
  • You seek autonomy in your work, you are results-oriented and a real go-getter
  • Position based in Lyon
