Tasks :
As Senior Talent Officer, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from client need to hire. You will be responsible for generating and attracting new employees for our clinical, biometrics, regulatory, safety and quality activities.
You will engage with clients (internal and external) to understand their recruitment needs (intake), keep recruiters informed of recruitment progress, manage their expectations during the selection process and deliver high quality recruitment services by maintaining good client contact (relationship management).
