As a Talent Officer, your duties will include:

  • To carry out job briefs with operational staff.
  • Develop the sourcing strategy, headhunting and internal channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Pre-qualify candidates during telephone exchanges after precise analysis of the CV.
  • Conduct interviews independently with high expectations on the evaluation.
  • Be a privileged partner of the Operational staff: advice role with the Operational staff and follow up of the candidates until the signature of the contract.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the service: school relations project, etc.
  • Full time position based in Lyon.

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • You have a Bac +5 year degree (HR/Commerce)
  • You are passionate about recruitment.
  • As part of our international development, you must have a good command of English.
  • Excellent negotiator, you put your energy and your enthusiasm in the service of a disruptive candidate experience.
