Mission
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for Sourcing prospective profiles to find the perfect match for a company Long Term Goals:

  • To carry out job briefs with operational staff. Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
  • Develop the sourcing strategy, headhunting and internal channels to
    identify potential candidates.
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Pre-qualify candidates during telephone exchanges after precise analysis of the CV
  • Be a privileged partner of the Operational staff: advice role with the Opera-tional staff and follow up of the candidates until the signature of the con-tract.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

Requirements:

The assignment requires the following skills:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree qualification in HR discipline is preferred.

  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience.

  • Hands – on experience in industry specific recruitment.

  • In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates

  • Excellent understanding of End-to-End recruitment processes

  • Ability to maintains high level of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times.

  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in computer technology used in an office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
