The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, development, support and maintain Salesforce CRM.  Serve as primary system administrator for environment, handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks as well as further development of the Sales functionalities and integration/connection of Salesforce to other corporate systems.


Job tasks:

  • Act as the Project and Implementation Manager
  • Liaise with operational teams being the interface between Salesforce and operations
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • com data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow skill set across the team/organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

Skills and experience

  • 2 years of working with Salesforce on various implementations.
  • Experience in connecting Salesforce to other third-party systems is mandatory
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin and/or Developer Certification
  • Salesforce implementation experience and extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Communities, Knowledge, Live Agent, and CTI
  • Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery
  • Extremely detailed oriented and process focused
  • Experience working on cross-functional, team projects
  • Experience with and APEX development a major plus
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to grasp complex system workflows and understand cause/effect for actions taken in such systems
  • Have outstanding written/oral communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
