Responsibilities

 

The main responsibilities will be:

 

Proposal Manager

 

  • Lead the proposal process during the RFP response phase
  • Coordinate assigned team (Sales, Operations etc..) supporting the response to the RFP
  • Coordinate, set-up and manage all strategy calls related to the proposals and budgets development
  • Liaise with key operational managers and heads of functional groups regarding strategy for running the proposed project
  • Request budget to vendors if needed
  • Develop draft of proposal and budget based
  • Report key data to Senior management for validation
  • Maintain the tracking systems and databases to allow sales and financial reporting
  • Be involved in client call if required RFI Activities
  • Manage and coordinate the answer to RFI
  • Collect and organize information received from internal team
  • Archive elements that could be used for future RFI Team Support/Initiative work
  • QC proposals and budgets from other proposal colleagues
  • Develop and/or improve templates/tools that could be useful for the team

 

Contract Manager

 

  • Lead all Sponsor and vendor contract aspects (CDA,NDA, LOI, SOW, MSA, Contract, change orders etc...)
  • Lead and manage the Sponsor contract development process
  • Coordinate, set-up and manage all strategy calls related to the contracts and rebids for change order
  • Liaise with client for contract questions in collaboration with Sales and Operational team
  • Liaise with key operational managers and Legal in order to develop contract for awarded projects
  • Manage change order process
  • Support the execution of procedures relating to the budgeting, preparation and management of Sponsor contract and change order documents and any other associated duties as assigned
  • Manage and coordinate the answer to RFI
  • Collect and organize information received from internal team
  • Archive elements that could be used for future RFI Team Support/Initiative work
  • QC proposals and budgets from other proposal colleagues
  • Develop and/or improve templates/tools that could be useful for the team

 

These are new roles at Excelya within our Bid Department. A lot of things need to be put in place (processes, templates, tools etc...) based on the candidate's recommendations and experience.

 

Profile & Requirements

 

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in CRO environment
  • You are fluent in English (meetings and documents will be in English)
  • You are detailed oriented, you enjoy working with numbers and you are proficient in Excel
  • You are not afraid to communicate and lead meetings
