Responsibilities:

As part of the Proposal and Contract Team reporting into our Proposals Director, you will develop the budget and technical response to RFP/RFI requests. Your responsibilities will be the following:

RFP Activities

  • Lead the proposal process during the Request For Proposal response phase
  • Coordinate assigned team (Sales, Operations etc..) supporting the Request For Proposal response
  • Coordinate, set-up and manage all strategy calls related to the proposals and budgets development
  • Liaise with key operational managers and functional groups leaders regarding strategy for running the proposed project
  • Develop draft of proposal and budget
  • Report key data to Senior management for validation
  • Maintain tracking systems and databases to allow sales and financial reporting

Contract Activities

  • Lead all Sponsor and Vendor contract aspect (CDA, NDA, LOI, SOW, change orders etc…) with the support of the legal department
  • Lead and manage the Sponsor contract development process with the support of the legal department
  • Coordinate, set-up and manage all strategy calls related to the contracts and rebids for change order
  • Liaise with client for contract questions in collaboration with Sales and Operational team
  • Liaise with key operational managers and Legal in order to develop contract for awarded projects

RFI Activities

  • Manage and coordinate the answer to Request For Information
  • Collect and organize information received from internal team
  • Archive elements that could be used for future Request For Information

Skills and Experience:

· At least 3 years of experience in clinical research area and proposal development in CRO

· Having Bachelor/ Master degree

· Fluent English is mandatory

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and ensure delivery on time

· Comfortable with data and must be proficient in Excel

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Leadership and team spirit

This position could be based in the UK or France offices. Remote is also possible .
