Context:
The rapid growth of our company made us realize we had to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline our processes, improve data management and enhance decision-making.
We first chose a vendor with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and capable of delivering a customized solution. Then we built a project team consisting of representatives from all departments. For instance, that team oversees the implementation process, ensuring that the ERP solution met our business requirements, and train employees on the new system.
We are now starting the deployment of the first modules for certain countries.
We also established a support team to provide ongoing technical support and training.
