YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Employee lifecycle management for the Northern Europe region (DACH / BNLX / UK)

  • Integration monitoring in collaboration with managers and department heads: support for managerial teams in the integration process and monitoring of trial periods
  • Monitoring and support of engagement surveys in the region
  • Support, training, monitoring and measures for the successful completion of annual interviews, career interviews
  • Management of internal / international mobility and mobility requests (WFH)
  • HR contact for managers and department heads for organizational issues, performance monitoring (people reviews, definition and implementation of objectives)
  • Monitoring of the development of employees with the TM team (development of consultants on different missions / interviews
  • Advising and supporting training initiatives for management teams and employees.
  • Management of disciplinary procedures and support for managerial teams; partner of the CSE in Germany
  • Exit interviews (resigning employees)
  • HR reporting on these elements: dashboards, HRIS
  • Participation in employees’ extra-professional projects
  • Work in collaboration with the HRM and TA team
  • Act as HRM where there is no local HR (currently : UK + India) Payroll/Admin/contracts/absence management, etc

Projects & systems – Europe (Skills management)

Participation in the establishment project, in partnership with the HR department, of a mapping of skills and business benchmarks ; ensure its adoption, implementation and maintenance (link with the Quality policy: monitoring of mandatory training)

  • Formalization of HR processes and procedures in collaboration with the HR Department, ensuring the adoption and implementation
  • Construction of indicators and HR Dashboards in the systems

Experience

  • University or HR/Management school
  • 5/8 years successful experience in fast growth international context
  • Life sciences/pharma context preferred
  • Consulting knowledge
  • German native/fluent English/some French a plus
