In the frame of our development, we are looking for our French Head of Talent Acquisition/TM
Your responsibilities will include, for France, the monitoring of recruitment procedures for consultants within your department, from sourcing to hiring, manage a team of recruiters and Talent Managers, and identify High Potential candidates.
If you have a sound experience in Talent acquisition and Talent Management, understand the Challenges of Outsourcing personnel, have expertise in Scientific Competencies required by our clients, we are keen to meet you!
Ultimately, you will help us grow our existing team further, under your management, with top-level employees and strongly contribute to the achievement of our business goals.
