In the frame of our development, we are looking for our French Head of Talent Acquisition/TM

Your responsibilities will include, for France, the monitoring of recruitment procedures for consultants within your department, from sourcing to hiring, manage a team of recruiters and Talent Managers, and identify High Potential candidates. 

If you have a sound experience in Talent acquisition and Talent Management, understand the Challenges of Outsourcing personnel, have expertise in Scientific Competencies required by our clients, we are keen to meet you!

Ultimately, you will help us grow our existing team further, under your management, with top-level employees and strongly contribute to the achievement of our business goals.

As a French Head TA, you will report ultimately to the Group TA Director and your responsibilities will be as follows:

Team Management

• You will manage, train, evaluate, guide and expand our team of talent officers & Lead Talent Managers (about 15 people)

Talent Management

• Sales support: You will provide reporting and Key Metrics Indicators interfacing with the French commercial team (FSP & Outsourcing)
• Client Facing: you will provide this reporting also interfacing with your Talent Management team (prioritizations of leads, number of profiles sent to clients, Client interface success ratios, closings, etc.) and monitor weekly analysis.
• You will finetune and monitor the existing Staffing processes and define improvements in line with company growth and Sales organization
• Consultant career development: You/your team will support our consultants in their career development by positioning them on new missions

Talent Acquisition

• You will manage a proactive recruitment plan and talent pool for France
• Lead sourcing strategies, tools & resources for your department
• Manage external partnerships with student community inc. target learning establishments, supervise the management of job boards
• You will finetune and monitor the existing Recruitment processes and define improvements in line with company growth
