Within the Clinical Operations France, Africa and Middle East of an international laboratory, you will work in close collaboration with different Project Managers and Clinical Research Associates teams.

Your missions :

  • Prepare and follow up on administrative and legal documents (such as contracts and their financial schedule) concerning the clinical projects under responsibility
  • Prepare contracts and their amendments
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts
  • Ensure with the legal and/or financial department the required modifications in the standard contracts and their validation, initiate and follow the signature circuit
  • Enter the financial protocol and its amendments in the study management software
  • Prepare documentation with local CROs for local subcontractors
  • Manage insurance certificate requests and their renewal (if applicable).
  • Provide budget support for managed studies:
    • Collects, verifies and puts associated invoices into payment circuit
    • Follows up on financial protocols and contracts
  • Assists management in the administrative and financial follow-up of contracts and budgets (reporting, archiving…)


You are proactive, autonomous, positive and have good interpersonal skills. You are well organized and have the ability to provide effective feedback/reporting.

You have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and have a minimum of two years experience in the negotiation of unique contracts with hospitals in France, billing and RGPD

Fluency in English is required and proficiency in office automation tools, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
