In this role you will be supporting the Clinical Research Associates (CRA) and Trial team in performing high quality Clinical Trials at the client. The support that you will be giving in this role consists of preparing and processing of study documentation and materials and administrative management of our trials. We call this role a Clinical Trial Assistant, but you could also look at it as an In-House CRA.

  • Facilitating role in multiple clinical trials in order to start-up trial sites according the timelines while ensuring high-quality
  • The preparation, tracking and processing of all study related documentation and material, by following the established policies and procedures
  • Administrative management of trials
  • Performing multiple in-house CRA tasks during the trial being the central partner for the trial team, related associates, study sites, the clinical trial team, and all vendors
  • Facilitating and participating in trial team meetings
  • Applying company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Continuously collaborating with the other associates and team members


  • Education: Education in a health care discipline is preferred. University degree is not required for this role
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • Desired experience: 1 year or more in clinical research
