Main activities 

We are looking for a clinical supply project manager to work as a consultant for one of our clients specialised in pharmaceutical subcontracting on a national and international level. He/she is involved in the fields of manufacturing, packaging and distribution of experimental drugs. Your missions will be :

  • Organize investigator/IDMC meetings, operational team Customer advice on clinical projects (masking, primary and secondary packaging, distribution)
  • Feasibility study, costing and follow-up of masking, primary and secondary packaging and distribution projects (from design to delivery to the customer (+ return and destruction) up to invoice follow-up)
  • The drafting of the contract-quotation (definition of the needs in product, material, manpower).
  • Sourcing / procurement of commercial products
  • Project tracking (from design to delivery and including returns management, destruction and invoice recovery). This may also include import authorization management, production start-up, distribution start-up, database intelligence
  • Customer Support: Act as an interface between customer requests and internal departments for the projects you are responsible for
  • Follow-up of quality, quantity, cost, deadlines as well as GMP and BMP compliance
  • Coordination between the upstream and downstream departments of the project (manufacturing, packaging, control and logistics) for which you are responsible
  • Follow-up of activity reports provided by the depots
  • Follow-up of incidents and/or complaints


Rigor, autonomy, organization and adaptability
Good interpersonal skills, teamwork
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing and packaging operations (primary and secondary)
Mastery of office automation tools.
Very good level of English (read/written/spoken) required
