We are delighted to announce Andrzej Sieradzan has joined Excelya as our new Head of Poland and the Baltic Republics. This marks the start of realising our ambitions to drive significant expansion in the region.

Andrzej joined the team in December 2021 and has been tasked with leading the expansion of Excelya Poland’s existing capabilities and reach, alongside Excelya CEO Alan Morgan.

The Polish arm of the business will allow us to continue our journey as a rapidly growing CRO and to develop our presence across Eastern Europe and the Baltics, with an accelerated focus upon Poland.

Poland itself is today the 6th largest country in Europe in industry sponsored Phase 2/3 clinical trials, according to It is a fantastic location to execute complete clinical protocols and the Excelya team has vast experience in setting up and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Andrzej has had an extensive career in Life Sciences management and business development, having held various roles across Polish CROs and service providers over the past 10 years.
